Booking Policies

Location: Downtown Chilliwack - home-based studio, with street parking. The exact address is provided in the confirmation text once a booking deposit comes through.

Booking Deposits: Non-refundable deposits are required to secure all appointments. A 50% deposit is required for full sets of extensions. $30 deposits are required for all other services. Deposits must be sent within 1 hour of a booking request - no holds. Deposits can be sent via E-Transfer to: craftedbeautybar@gmail.com

New Clients - Books Are Open: Books are currently open to new clients. Evening appointments are not available and are prioritized for current clients. Currently accepting morning and daytime appointments. Please be sure to add a first-time consultation to your first booking.

If Books Are Closed:

Waitlist- Want to get on the waitlist to be a recurring lash fill client? Please contact us via text or email with your first and last name, and phone number. You'll be contacted when a spot becomes available. 

Full Sets Only- New clients may book full sets for special occasions, weddings, events, etc. This is available to those who prefer not to maintain their lashes. At this time the books are closed to new clients wanting regular fills.

Fills - No Foreign Fills: Fills will only be serviced on work provided by Crafted Beauty Bar. Fills must be booked every 2 to 3.5 weeks. Anything booked past 3.5 weeks will be considered a full set. There must be 40% or more of your lashes present after removing the grown-out lashes for it to be considered a fill. Please book accordingly to avoid disappointment in your end results.

Last-Minute Openings: Last-minute openings will be posted on both our Facebook & Instagram stories. Please do not ask to be notified if something comes available, I'm unable to contact everyone interested in them. Turn on notifications for social media stories to be updated! Last-minute openings are on a first come first serve basis.

Cancelations & No Shows: To reschedule an appointment please provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid losing your deposit. If less than 48 hours' notice is given a new deposit is required to rebook. If you no show an appointment you will not be able to rebook with Crafted Beauty Bar again.

Late Appointments: If you are more than 10 minutes late to your service, your appointment may need to be rescheduled for another date. Each service is time-sensitive and being late will not allow for the full service to be completed - results can not be guaranteed for late arrivals. The full price of the service will still be owed.

Retention Guarantee: Retention is only guaranteed when the client takes care of their lash extensions. Proper aftercare must be followed. Daily cleansing with a cleanser formulated specifically for eyelash extensions is mandatory. When an aftercare kit is purchased through Crafted Beauty Bar a 5-day guarantee is granted. Reach out if you're having retention issues, and come in for a complimentary touch-up (within 5 days of your service). The retention guarantee is voided if you don't purchase aftercare products, show up with dirty lashes, makeup, or strip lash glue on your extensions.

Payment: Payment is accepted in cash, debit or credit. Please note credit has a $4 processing fee. All prices include the additional 5% GST. Only deposits are to be sent via E-Transfer.

Pet-Friendly Home: This is a pet-friendly home, if you suffer from allergies this may not be a good fit for you. We have a cuddly kitten that loves to be close during appointments. If you prefer her not to be present during your appointment that is respected and can be done!
